Do you decorate cakes in fondant?

Although most commercial cakes are coated in fondant, we prefer to decorate our cakes with our very own Italian meringue, Swiss meringue or American buttercream, so you can enjoy every single bite!

How long can my cake be left out?

Your cake should be ok for 3-5 hours in room temperature, and 2-3 hours on a warm day. Please note that these are guidelines only, and we always recommend keeping your cake refrigerated for as long as possible until you're ready to eat.

How should I cut my cake?

To maximize slices, we suggest cutting the cake horizontally, then cutting those pieces into 3 or 4 vertical portions, and finally slicing those in half. This method will help you get the most servings!
